At Pension Planners Northwest, we employ a customized and client-specific approach to plan administration. Employers (small to large, professional groups to manufacturing) have differing management structure, experience and operational capabilities. Our objective is to identify these client qualities and characteristics, then tailor our services to fit. While some clients prefer to outsource payroll, accounting and administrative tasks to maintain plan compliance, others employ internal human resources and systems to meet the demand. Either method will have an impact on our services and ability to customize our service model. |
