It is expected that employees will strive to develop excellence in qualified plan consulting and administration, including knowledge of ERISA and subsequent legislation, the Internal Revenue Code and various rulings and regulations issued by the IRS and DOL. • Requirements •

No formal experience in this industry is necessary however a business and accounting background is preferred along with the following:

  • Four year college degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting, Math, Finance and/or Economics
  • Proficiency with Adobe, Excel, Word and Outlook software
  • Strong work ethic

    Professional Development

    Training is done in-house and all employees work through the credentialing program offered by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) to ultimately achieve the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation. In addition to the education provided by this program, we provide other continuing education courses and support attendance in webcasts and conferences that are necessary or beneficial for future development.
