We are a Third Party Administration and Consulting firm headquartered in Eugene, Oregon. We provide administration, regulatory compliance, fiduciary guidance and a high touch service to businesses sponsoring Defined Contribution plans in the Pacific Northwest. We have been in operation since 1986. Our firm has an excellent reputation for service, quality and expertise.

Expectations

It is expected that employees will strive to develop excellence in qualified plan consulting and administration, including knowledge of ERISA and subsequent legislation, the Internal Revenue Code and various rulings and regulations issued by the IRS and DOL. In addition, it is expected that employees will develop a thorough understanding of plan documents and application to plan administration.


Requirements

No formal experience in this industry is necessary however a business and accounting background is preferred along with the following:


 

  • Four year college degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting, Math, Finance and/or Economics
  • Proficiency with Adobe, Excel, Word and Outlook software
  • Strong work ethic
  • Outstanding math, research, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Pride in accuracy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work within deadlines

Professional Development

Training is done in-house and all employees work through the credentialing program offered by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) to ultimately achieve the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation. In addition to the education provided by this program, we provide other continuing education courses and support attendance in webcasts and conferences that are necessary or beneficial for future development.
